Deck-pack credits never expire and Lumora Pro runs for the full period you paid for — your access doesn't go anywhere, so simply not getting around to using it isn't grounds for a refund. We do make it right when something on our end went wrong.
Purchased deck credits never expire, and a Lumora Pro subscription stays active for the entire period you paid for even if you generate nothing. Because that access remains available to you indefinitely, we do not offer refunds simply because a credit or a paid period went unused — that was your choice to make, and the value you paid for is still there whenever you want it.
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time to stop future renewals; the current paid period still runs its course.
A generation that fails automatically returns its credit to your account — no request needed. Beyond that, we refund: a duplicate or accidental charge, a charge that doesn't match what you bought, an unauthorized charge on your account, or a genuine bug on our side that stopped you from using what you paid for.
Email infolumora2389@gmail.com from your account address with the purchase date and, if you have it, the receipt from Dodo Payments (our merchant of record, who processes the refund back to your original payment method). We respond within 2 business days.
