These terms govern your use of Lumora (lumora — AI presentation studio), operated by Ayush Yadav, a sole proprietor based in India ('we', 'us'). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Lumora generates, edits, and hosts AI-designed presentations. You type a topic or upload documents; the service produces an animated slide deck you can edit, present, share, and export.
We may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
You need an account to generate decks. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One free deck generation is included per person — creating multiple accounts to farm free generations is not allowed.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record — they are the seller on your payment statement and handle applicable taxes. Deck-pack credits do not expire. Lumora Pro includes 20 deck generations per calendar month; unused generations do not roll over. A full-deck AI rewrite consumes one generation; manual editing is unlimited.

You own the decks you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, render, and share them at your direction (e.g. share links you create).
Deck content is generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Facts, figures, and charts can be invented where you did not supply source material. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on or presenting it.
Do not use Lumora to create content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive; do not probe, overload, or circumvent the service's metering and security; do not resell access without our written consent.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Lumora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case unused paid credits are refunded unless the violation involved fraud or abuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
